PostBoost Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Service and acceptance

Searivo operates PostBoost, a Shopify post-purchase offer and verified revenue application. Review these Terms and the Privacy Policy before accepting them in the merchant dashboard. The app records the accepted policy version and store. Accepting an app subscription in Shopify is a separate billing approval.

You authorize the app to process store data within Shopify's granted permissions to configure recommendations, append accepted items, verify additional payments and account for refunds. You remain responsible for product accuracy, lawful promotions, inventory, fulfilment and customer service. The app cannot guarantee that an offer will appear for every checkout, that items will ship together, or that revenue will increase. Shopify payment methods, checkout eligibility and platform restrictions apply.

Fees and cancellation

PostBoost Pro costs US$19.99 every 30 days, with a 14-day trial shown in Shopify's subscription approval. We charge no additional revenue commission and do not impose an app order-volume tier. Shopify subscription taxes and payment processing fees may still apply. The terms displayed by Shopify govern the approved charge and trial eligibility.

Billing uses Shopify's Billing API. We do not collect merchant card information. Uninstall the app through Shopify to cancel. For billing questions or refund requests, contact support@getsearivo.com. Refunds are considered case by case under applicable law and Shopify's billing rules; these Terms do not promise an automatic refund of already-billed periods. Development-store test subscriptions are marked as test charges by Shopify.

Merchant data processing agreement

For store order data, the merchant determines the purpose and lawful basis of processing; Searivo acts as the service provider processing that data on the merchant's instructions. Instructions are limited to operating PostBoost, showing configured offers, order/payment verification, refund accounting, responding to data-rights requests and support requested by the merchant.

The data categories and retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy. PostBoost does not sell data, contact customers using order data, or use it for cross-store advertising. Access is limited to the systems and personnel needed to operate and support the service. The merchant must give appropriate customer notices and must not submit sensitive data that the app does not require.

Shopify and Vultr hosting in Seattle, United States, are used to deliver the service. Contact support for information needed to assess processing locations and infrastructure providers before transferring data where such review is required. We assist merchants with valid access and deletion requests and with investigating reported data incidents. After uninstall and Shopify's deletion notice, we delete app-held store data according to the Privacy Policy; original Shopify records remain under the merchant's control.

Availability and use

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or Shopify platform changes. Do not bypass authentication, access another store's records, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access to address abuse or security issues. These Terms do not offer a guaranteed uptime or financial result.

Responsibility and contact

Each party is responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact Searivo at support@getsearivo.com for service, privacy or billing questions.
